Kevin is the Founder of Kamau Consulting Group based out of Toronto, Canada, a Management Consulting firm specializing in Inclusive Leadership where they partner with their Clients to raise awareness & remove systemic barriers creating inclusive opportunities. For over 14 years, Kevin successfully led multiple teams at one of the largest Canadian Corporations through change where he empowered mindsets to move beyond any obstacles.
A strategic, results-oriented change leader with a broad scope of Business & H.R experience, Kevin is best remembered for leading and championing a Leadership Development Program during the fastest growth period ever experienced during his time in the corporate world which transformed the workplace through Inclusive Leadership.
Earning a reputation with his Clients for being inspiring and refreshing while providing excellent revelations on Leadership, Kevin uses many of the skills and experience he earned in the corporate world today. He specializes in starting the dialogue and formulating a strategic path towards inclusive workspaces which requires self-awareness in finding our authenticity as Leaders.
