The research seeks to understand the efficacy of Organization Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Policy by exploring a best practices approach to strategic policy development.
Measures of Success
Efficacy of the EDI Strategy
The research will consider the following metrics as a measure of success with respect to impacts on adoption of EDI strategies.
Comprehensive workplace assessment completed.
Clearly defined EDI policy in place with clear objective(s).
Equity analysis strategy as part of EDI policy framework.
A sound accountability mechanism in place.
A learning & development and communication strategy as part of the EDI policy framework.
